While having all of the bells and whistles that your competitor has might seem important, the reality is that start-up and emerging companies don’t need, can’t afford, and aren’t ready for a custom system that requires a full-time IT staff and costs $100K to $1M per month to maintain.
In our experience, all party plan and network marketing companies need very similar “must have” functionality in their software systems. Beyond the basics, any system features and functionality can be added as you grow.
Our core system includes an incredibly long list of features and functionality. We have an excellent reputation for adapting quickly to market and industry changes, as well as client expectations.
Our monthly licensing, hosting and support fees are among the lowest in the industry, and we’re certainly not going to lock you in to a long-term contract with steep penalties for early termination. Our terms are month-to-month, and you’re free to leave anytime, just give us a 30 day notice. We’ve heard horror stories about some software companies holding customers’ data hostage — we don’t do that. Your data belongs to you, and we’ll help you gather what you need if you leave us.

Any car can get you from Point A to Point B, but no one wants the stripped-down version.
What we found was that those business owners with no budget had the same expectations as those with big budgets. We couldn’t break down the system to separate out the essentials that allowed a user to simply set up their own party plan or MLM software system. We ended up providing as much time and resources to our no- low-budget users as we provided for our customers with an adequate budget.
That said, we still work with companies with limited budgets. Just like you want to find the technology partner that’s the best fit for your company, we want to find customers who are the best fit for EPP.
For us, a limited budget includes a MINIMUM of $5K for a down payment. We’ve been able to help a few select companies get into an enterprise-class system with as little as $5k down, and those few companies are exceptions — not all companies are a good fit with a $5K down payment.
If you’re on a limited budget, let’s talk — you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Our main concern is that we want to work with companies selling real products to real customers, not just selling to distributors on autoship.
